Marcus Chen

Chief Executive Officer

Marcus co-founded AlgoDomain Solutions and has led the company since its founding. He spent the preceding decade in enterprise technology consulting at a Big Four firm, leading software delivery programmes for financial services and retail clients. His background is in Java enterprise development and distributed systems architecture. He has led programmes ranging from individual service builds to multi-year platform modernisation programmes for organisations operating at scale. Marcus holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Sarah Okonkwo

Chief Technology Officer

Sarah leads AlgoDomain's technology direction and engineering practice. She joined as the fourth hire and has shaped the company's technical standards, tooling choices, and architectural patterns across every delivery area. Before AlgoDomain, she was a principal engineer at a US payments company, where she led the redesign of the company's real-time settlement infrastructure. Her specialisms are distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and the operational engineering of high-availability platforms. Sarah holds a B.Eng. in Software Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Daniel Warrick

VP Engineering Delivery

Daniel is responsible for the quality and consistency of engineering delivery across all client programmes. He runs the engineering guild structure, leads the technical interview and hiring process for senior engineers, and directly oversees the most complex active engagements. His background is in DevOps, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure — he built the internal tooling and CI/CD standards that AlgoDomain's delivery teams use across all clients. Before AlgoDomain, Daniel held a senior platform engineering role at a European retail bank. He is based in Chicago.

Priya Nair

VP Client Partnerships

Priya leads client relationships, commercial engagements, and the early stages of new programme scoping. She works with clients from the first conversation through to programme setup, and maintains senior relationships during active delivery. Her background includes eight years in technology advisory at a management consulting firm, where she led digital and data strategy work for healthcare and financial services clients. At AlgoDomain, she focuses on structuring engagements that have clear accountability and realistic scope — she believes the hardest part of consulting is agreeing on what you're actually going to do. Priya is based in Chicago with regular travel to London.

James Holroyd

Head of Data & Analytics Practice

James leads AlgoDomain's data engineering practice, which covers data platform builds, pipeline engineering, analytics infrastructure, and ML engineering. He has built data platforms for healthcare, financial services, and retail clients across Azure, AWS, and GCP. He joined AlgoDomain from a London-based data consultancy where he was a principal data architect, and before that spent five years as a data engineer at a UK insurance company. James holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh and is based in London.
