Careers at AlgoDomain Solutions

We hire senior engineers who want to work on technically challenging problems in real enterprise environments. Our teams are small, skilled, and accountable for the quality of what they build.

What's different about working here

You work on real systems with real constraints

Our clients have production systems that need to stay running. The problems are harder than greenfield work — there's a codebase to understand, a business to not break, and engineers on the client side who will inherit what you build. We think this makes the work more interesting, not less.

Small teams, senior engineers

Delivery teams at AlgoDomain average 4–8 engineers. We don't staff accounts with junior engineers and a single experienced lead. The expectation is that everyone on the team can design, build, and own what they deliver. This means a higher bar at hiring and better quality in delivery.

Career development without the ladder game

We have a clear seniority structure, but we don't have internal politics. Engineers who want to move into architecture, technical leadership, or delivery management have clear paths. Engineers who want to stay technical and deepen their craft can do that too — we don't require people to become managers to progress.

Access to varied technology

In a given year, you might work on a Java microservices modernisation, a Kubernetes platform migration, and a data lake build on Azure. The breadth is genuine — not because we're generalists, but because the engagements we take on span different technology domains and industries.

How we work as engineers

Technical standards matter

We have engineering standards and we enforce them — code review, test coverage requirements, documentation, security practices. These aren't optional. They're how we maintain quality across multiple concurrent engagements with independent teams.

Learning is built in

Engineers have a personal learning budget and are expected to use it. We run internal tech talks, architecture review sessions, and guild meetings where engineers share what they're seeing across engagements. We pay for certifications that are relevant to your work area.

Honest communication about what's working and what isn't

We run retrospectives on every engagement and expect engineers to share problems as they arise rather than managing upward. A culture where people surface issues early is how we avoid the situations that make consulting work unpleasant.

Current vacancies

We hire on a rolling basis based on pipeline and upcoming engagements. If you don't see a role that fits but you're interested in working with us, email your CV to careers@algodomain.com.

Don't see the right role?

We're always interested in strong engineers, even if we don't have the right active vacancy. Send your CV and a note about what you're looking for to careers@algodomain.com. We read every application and respond to everyone.
