Built from repeated client patterns
AlgoDomain's consulting work surfaces the same problems across organisations in different industries: complex multi-system approval workflows managed through email and spreadsheets; data engineering teams spending most of their time maintaining bespoke pipelines rather than building analytical capability. Both NexFlow and DataBridge emerged from working on those problems enough times to recognise that a maintained, productised solution would serve clients better than a custom build each time.
NexFlow
Enterprise workflow automation platform for complex multi-step operational processes that span multiple systems.
The problem it solves
Enterprise operational processes — capital expenditure approvals, employee onboarding, contract review, regulatory change management — typically span HR, finance, IT, legal, and operational systems. In practice, they're managed through email chains, PDF forms circulated over shared drives, and spreadsheets that track who has approved what. When anything goes wrong, there's no audit trail. Compliance teams can't report on process adherence. Process owners can't identify where bottlenecks occur.
